Black olive paste obtained directly from olives from the Vallon de l’Allamande and only by mechanical means. The organic tapenade from Vallon de l’Allamande has an authentic black fruity taste dominated by herbaceous sensations. The olive paste is simply composed of the cayet roux variety (92%), with an extra virgin olive oil with green fruity AOC Provence (6%), herbs, lemon juice and vinegar.
