Nyons extra virgin AOP olive oil from Moulin de Haute Provence is a pure fruit juice ripe fruit and subtle taste. Finely fruity, it offers aromas of green apple and dried fruits (hazelnut and almond). The olives of the Tanche variety are picked at maturity in the orchards of Michel Fayant, the Baronnies and the Nyonsais. They are crushed and packaged at the Moulin de Haute Provence in Buis le Baronnies, France. This famous single variety olive oil is appreciated by chefs for its typicity.
