Delivery

The products are delivered to the delivery address indicated during the order process, within the time indicated on the order confirmation page.

In case of delay of shipment, an email will be sent to inform you of a possible consequence on the delivery time which has been indicated to you.

In accordance with the legal provisions, in case of late delivery, you have the possibility to cancel the order under the terms and conditions defined in Article L 138-2 of the Consumer Code. If in the meantime you receive the product we will proceed to its refund and shipping costs under the conditions of Article L 138-3 of the Consumer Code.

In case of deliveries by a carrier, La Compagnie de l’huile d’olive can not be held responsible for late delivery due exclusively to the unavailability of the customer after several proposals for appointments.

Delivery by La Poste in “So Collissimo suivi”:

When the order is made on the internet, you receive an automatic email announcing the shipment of your order.

– For France, the parcel is delivered against signature and in case of absence, it is deposited in the nearest post office.

– For parcels in the U.E zone and Switzerland, transport is carried out according to the La Poste agreements with their service providers in the country. The parcel is delivered against signature.

For deliveries in France, Corsica and Monaco the deadline to which La Compagnie de l’huile d’olive undertakes to deliver is from 3 days to 7 days from the confirmation of payment. For deliveries in countries of the U.E and Switzerland zones, the deadline to which La Compagnie de l’huile d’olive undertakes to deliver is 7 days to 2 weeks from the confirmation of payment.

When the order is made on the internet you receive an automatic email announcing the shipment of your order.

Delivery problem :

The buyer is obliged to check the condition of the packaging and the conformity of the delivered products as soon as the parcel is delivered to him.

It will be up to the buyer to supply La Compagnie de l’huile d’olive. any justification necessary for his claim.
In the event that the claim is accepted, the buyer can benefit from the refund or exchange conditions provided below.
In the absence of a complaint made within the aforementioned deadlines, the products will be considered as compliant and accepted by the buyer.
