Recipe fig salad with goat’s cheese

This recipe for fig salad with goat’s cheese will satisfy your family !

Ingredient for 4 people

500 g of figs
200 g fresh goat’s cheese
2 Tomato
10 basil leaves
3 tbsp. PDO olive oil from Vallée des Baux de Provence

1 tsp. tablespoon honey
1 tbsp. tablespoon sherry vinegar
salt and pepper
Arugula salad

Preparation

Step 1
Cut the figs in half (or in four for the largest).

Step 2
Fry the figs for 1 min, then add the honey and vinegar, salt and pepper and mix gently. Let it cool down.

Step 3
Wash the rocket salad and basil. Crumble the goat.

Step 4
In a salad bowl, mix the arugula, figs, goat’s cheese and basil.

Step 5
Drizzle with olive oil and mix gently. Serve immediately.
