Recipe Waffles with honey

Discover this delicious recipe for waffles with honey !

Ingredients (4 persons)

• 250g of flour
• 125g of sugar
• 2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil from Nyons
• 2 eggs
• 1 pinch of salt
• 150ml of milk

Mix flour, sugar, eggs and olive oil.
Add the milk little by little to obtain the desired thickness of dough.
Heat the waffle iron. Place a large tablespoon of dough on the baking sheets.
Finally cook for a few minutes.

Add thyme linden & lavender honey and enjoy this recips of waffles.
