Recipe : Roasted seabream 

We propose a recipe of roasted seabream which  goes perfectly with the Négrette Moulin Paradis Extra Virgin Olive Oil. 

Ingredients : 
  • 2 big seabreams
  • 2 sprigs of rosemary
  • Négrette Moulin Paradis Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • ½  lemon
  • Salt, pepper
Preparation :

Clean the seabreams.

Fill the fishes with rosemary, crush garlic, sliced lemon, a dash of olive oil, salt and pepper. 

Place them in a dish and drizzle with Négrette Moulin Paradis Extra Virgin Olive Oil. You can add tomato or potato slices as an accompaniment. 

Bake at 180°C for about 40 minutes.
