Pasta recipe with garlic and olive oil (spaghetti aglio e olio)

These spaghetti aglio e olio are self-sufficient but can also be served as a side dish with vegetables, fish or grilled meat.
Ingredients needed (serves 4)
To make this delicious olive oil recipe you will need
- 400 grams of spaghetti
- 6 cloves of garlic
- Parsley
- 1 dried red pepper
- 10 tablespoons of Nyons olive oil
- 4 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
Preparation of the recipe for pasta with garlic and olive oil
First, bring a large pot of salted water to the boil.
Then add the spaghetti with a tablespoon of olive oil. Cook the pasta “al dente”, according to the instructions on the package.
While your spaghetti is cooking, peel and chop the garlic. Chop the chillies coarsely.
In a deep frying pan, heat the remaining olive oil over medium heat and add the garlic and dried chillies. Fry until brown. Be careful not to let the garlic burn.
Then add the parsley and a ladleful of the pasta juice and cook over a low heat.
When the pasta is cooked, add it to the pan after draining it. Season to taste and sprinkle with lemon juice.
