Recipe madeleines with olive oil and honey
Ingredients :
80g of lavender honey
2 lemons (zest)
120g cane sugar
4 eggs
50g milk
250g of flour
1 packet of baking powder
100 g butter
150g sweet fruity olive oil
1 madeleine plate
Preparation:
In a mixing bowl, mix the sugar, honey, eggs, lemon zest and milk.
In another bowl, mix the baking powder and flour. Then add the melted butter and olive oil and mix again.
Combine the two preparations and mix.
Butter and flour the madeleine plate. Place a spoonful of preparation for each madeleine and flatten slightly before leaving to rest for 2 hours in the freezer.
Preheat your oven to 180°C and put your madeleines in the oven for 7 to 10 minutes (watch the cooking with the tip of a knife).
