Beef carpaccio with olive oil and lemon recipe
Ingredient for 4 people
Fresh salmon fillet without bones
5 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil with old-fashioned fruitiness
2 lemon
Pepper
Salt
Basil
1 Onion
Arugula salad
Parmesan
Preparation
Step 1
Spread thin slices of beef.
Step 2
Season with 5 tbsp. olive oil, pepper, salt and lemon.
Step 3
Add the basil and finely chopped onion.
Step 4
Add the finely chopped Parmesan cheese.
Step 5
Leave to marinate for at least an hour and a half.
